Exterior detailing
done by hand.

No spinning brushes, no gritty rags, no swirl marks ground into your clear coat by a tunnel wash. Just a proper hand wash and a finish that holds up in the Oklahoma sun.

Exterior Detailing / Chickasha, OK

Why a hand wash beats a tunnel wash

An automatic wash drags the same brushes across a hundred vehicles a day, and everything they picked up off the last truck goes onto your paint. That is where most of the fine swirl marks on a daily driver come from.

We wash by hand with a two-bucket method, so the dirt we lift off the panel ends up in the rinse bucket instead of going back onto the car. Wheels and tires are cleaned first with their own tools, because brake dust is the harshest thing on the vehicle and it does not belong on a mitt that touches paint.

After the wash the paint gets decontaminated. Iron fallout, road tar and overspray bond to the clear coat and a soap wash will not touch them. Once that is off, the surface is actually smooth, which is what makes the finish look deep instead of just clean.

How It Works

Three steps to done right.

01

Wheels first

Wheels, tires and arches get cleaned before anything touches the paint, so brake dust never rides along on the wash mitt.

02

Wash and decontaminate

Foam, hand wash, then iron and tar removal followed by a clay treatment until the paint is smooth to the touch.

03

Dry and dress

Dried with clean towels, jambs wiped, tires and trim dressed, glass finished clear.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do you come to me?

For most exterior work, yes. We cover Chickasha and the surrounding Grady County towns and can wash at your home or your job site.

Will a hand wash remove existing swirl marks?

No. A wash cleans the surface, it does not level the clear coat. Swirls and scratches need paint correction, which is a separate polishing service.

How often should I have it done?

Every few weeks keeps contamination from bonding to the paint. If the vehicle lives outside or runs gravel roads, more often is better.
